Thunder rumbled in the distance when Ms. Periwinkle, the kindly egg vendor discovered a peculiar sight. In his coop, nestled amongst the usual brown and white eggs, were a scattering of vibrant pink eggs! He was flabbergasted. Where could such unusual eggs have come from? Could it be a rare breed of chicken? Would they taste like strawberries?
